D&D had the role of the general trades work which held numerous specialties on the project. Specialties included fine stone work for the security desk, stainless steel elevator panels, special anigre wood veneer wall panels in the main conference room, 14' tall by 40' long folding panel partition, cabinetry and countertop work in all breakrooms which included seamless stone tops, roller window shades, coiling smoke curtains, parking lot control equipment, loading dock levelers & lifts, all doors frames & hardware, toilet and bath accessories, all associated lockers, wire mesh partitions, and all exterior building signage.
